Welcome to BBI LtdCompany ProfileBusiness Betterment International Limited is a limited company incorporated on 10th January 1989. The owner and Managing Director is David Jackson.
I was a Personnel Manager with Plessey and Wilkinson Sword in the North East, and started working for myself as a management consultant in 1980. I am a Chartered Marketer member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and my degree is M.A. (Oxon) My specialisms, of which you can see more on the following pages, are strategic marketing, quality systems and HR. We also have a software package for distribution companies called despatch. My marketing activities are now concentrating on the Internet. I am offering a web design and web hosting service. On quality, I am involved in changing systems to meet the new requirements of ISO9000:2001 My HR activities concentrate on providing an Employment Protection Service to small businesses, covering Health & Safety and Employment Law. We have one product, a software system called Despatch, which is used for controlling warehousing and distribution. I am former Secretary of the North East Branch of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Chairman of IN BUSINESS, the business section of Alnwick People's Trust, Secretary of Dunstanburgh Castle Golf Club and a member of the Alnwick Playhouse Concert Band. So I have a wide range of interests.
